The Lexington Suites, Vinhomes Central Park & Paranomic View is an apartment in Binh Thanh, 3.5 km from central Ho Chi Minh City, with one- to four-bedroom units, terraces and city views. Day-to-day services include a 24-hour front desk, private check-in and check-out, express check-in and check-out, an ATM on site, lift access and 24-hour security. An airport shuttle is offered for a fee, and private parking is on site, which needs a reservation and costs VND 10,000 per day. WiFi is available in the rooms, free of charge.

Saigon Railway Station, the southern terminus of the North–South railway, is 4.9 km away, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.7 km away. The Bến xe Thành Bưởi - Hàng Xanh bus station, useful for intercity coaches, is 500 m from the building, and the city centre is 3.5 km away. The Bến Bình An ferry terminal is about 900 m away on the river.

For sightseeing, the Vietnam History Museum is 1.9 km away and the War Remnants Museum 3.6 km. The Zoo and Botanical Garden Ho Chi Minh is 1.7 km away, and Crescent Lake, in the planned Phu My Hung area, is 7.5 km away for a longer outing.
